Tours of the PRS Guitars factory are available for booking on Tuesday or Thursday, at 10am or 1pm at the link below.
Tour date reservations are accessible for the next 180 days in advance and are quick to fill up. If tours are not available on a specific date, you will not be able to access that date on the tour-scheduling platform. Please monitor the website for cancellations if you’d like a specific date.
The West Street East onsite accessory store is open Monday-Friday, 9am to 3pm. Holidays, weather, and/or private events may affect these hours.
Please note: while there is an interactive area available to explore the latest PRS gear, we do not sell guitars or amplifiers direct to customers. To purchase a PRS guitar or amplifier, we ask that you please contact a dealer near you.
