The volume of the Piezo bridge on your SE Piezo guitar is adjustable via a small trim pot that is accessible on the Piezo board inside the guitar.
The battery compartment must be removed before accessing the PCB.
To access the trim pot, carefully remove the six (6) mounting screws for the Piezo jackplate, and carefully remove the PC-board from the guitar. The adjustable trim pot is located next to where the red and black battery leads connect to the PC board.
The volume of the SE Piezo bridge has been set at the factory, but it can be adjusted to meet your personal tastes. If adjustments are necessary, we advise making incremental adjustments using a small flathead or Phillips-head screwdriver.
Clockwise adjustments will increase the volume of the SE Piezo Bridge output, and Counter-clockwise adjustments will decrease it.
