How to properly package your PRS amplifier for shipping
- First, leave the amplifier chassis inside of the cabinet/head it was designed with to ensure all internal components/tubes are not damaged while in transit.
- If you have the original packaging for the amplifier, please place the amplifier inside the original packaging, with at least 2 inches of space on all sides for additional protective padding/foam.
- If you do not have the original packaging to the amplifier, we would advise using a sturdy shipping box with at least 2 inches of space on all sides for additional protective padding, such as foam, newspaper, or bubble wrap.
- If you’d like to include a note to your PRS tech, place the note on top of the amplifier before sealing the package for shipping.

Please remove all personal belongings from the item being shipped. We are not responsible for lost personal items, damages in shipping due to insufficient packing to protect your guitar or amplifier, or shipping damages of any kind.
