Your PRS guitar is temperature and humidity sensitive. Do not expose your PRS instrument to extreme temperatures or humidity for prolonged periods of time as it could be damaging to the instrument.
Ideal conditions for your PRS are like those maintained here in our Maryland factory:
- Temperature: 70 and 74°F
- Relative humidity: 40%- 45%.
If you live in an area that experiences extremes in humidity, you may want to consider humidity packs to maintain proper moisture levels in your guitar case.
If the instrument is overexposed to sunlight, the stain color may fade. We do not recommend displaying your PRS in a room that receives direct sunlight or near household sources of UV (such as indoor grow lights).
