Why does it take so long to build a PRS Core Guitar?

We are not willing to sacrifice our PRS high quality standards in order to churn out guitars at a quicker pace. Currently the demand for our PRS products has outpaced our manufacturing capacity. We are working on ways to implement positive changes within our production line to deliver products as quickly as possible, without jeopardizing our uncompromising PRS standards.
