You can click on "submit a request" at the top of this page to select, and complete one of the following contact forms. Completely filling out the appropriate form for your request allows your request to be routed appropriately.
Warranty Service: for warranty service on your PRS product. For more information on your PRS Product’s warranty, visit the following article: Our Limited Lifetime Warranty – PRS Guitars
Warranty Service and Modifications: for warranty service on your PRS, in addition to modifications and/or upgrades made to your PRS guitar or amp.
Non-Warranty Service and Modification Inquiries: to have non-warranty repairs, modifications, and/or upgrades made to your PRS guitar or amp.
General Inquiries: for general questions not related to PRS Tech Center service or work on your PRS product.
These forms do not require registration or a "sign in" to use. If you register, you will be able to "favorite" articles and create a library of your own. You will also be able to track the progress of your ticket(s).
