"General Inquiries Form" for general questions.
"Warranty Service Form" for warranty service on your PRS Product
"Non-Warranty Service and Modification inquiries Form" to have non-warranty repairs and modifications made to your guitar or amp.
"Warranty Service and Modifications Form" to have warranty repairs and modifications made to your guitar or amp.
These do not require a "sign in"
If you do register to Sign In, you will be able to "favorite" articles and create a library of your own.
You will also be able to track the progress of your ticket(s).
