PRS Instrument Policy
Since we do not sell our instruments direct-to-consumer and all PRS guitars and amplifiers must be purchased through an Authorized Dealer/Distributor, there is no condition whereby we can honor a refund/exchange of your PRS Instrument.
Returns and exchanges of PRS instruments must be processed through an authorized PRS dealer.
If you feel there are warranty concerns with your PRS product, please contact your authorized PRS Dealer or PRS Customer Service representative who will work with you to understand the issue and provide a best course of action toward resolution.
