Requesting PTC Services
We offer guitar and amplifier repair services at the PRS factory through the PTC (PRS Technical Center). The PTC accepts warranty and non-warranty repairs, refinishes, pickup and electronics swaps, and set up work on PRS guitars. The PTC also accepts warranty and non-warranty repairs on PRS amplifiers.
The following information is required for all service requests:
- Your name, shipping information, and phone number.

The serial number of the guitar.
- Proof of purchase, if the service request is a warranty claim.
- Image(s) or video(s) of the issue you would like repaired.
- Images of the full front and back of the guitar.
- An image of the back of the headstock.
- Specific details about the maintenance, repairs, or modifications requested.
