Dropping Off your PRS for Factory Service
Before dropping off your instrument to PRS for service, we ask that you contact our Customer Service team to receive a Return Order number (RO#). This will allow us to troubleshoot with you and may result in the instrument not needing to be returned to the factory for service.
If it’s determined the instrument needs to be returned for evaluation, having the RO# will assist us in better servicing you upon arrival.
If you plan to drop off your instrument or amplifier when arriving for a scheduled factory tour, we ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to the tour's start time to complete the drop-off process before the tour begins.
Please note that we are not offering same-day services at this time.
