Shipping your PRS for Factory Service
Before shipping your instrument to PRS for service, you’ll need to reach out to our Customer Service team to receive a Return Order number (RO#). Once you have your RO#, you may proceed through to the next steps.
Shipping Address
When shipping your guitar or amplifier to our factory for service by our technicians, you may ship to our factory headquarters at the following address:

Packaging your Guitar for Shipping
- Remove all personal belongings from your PRS guitar’s case or gigbag. You do not need to include your guitar’s adjustment tools or hangtag when shipping to PRS for service.
- If you’d like to include a note for your PRS tech, place the note in the guitar’s case before sealing the package for shipping.
- Enclose your PRS in its original case or gigbag, and place the case inside a sturdy shipping box while leaving at least 2” on all sides for padding or bubble wrap.
- Please be sure the reference number (RO#) given to you by PRS Customer Service on the outside of the shipping box.

Your guitar is now ready for shipping. PRS is not responsible for lost personal items or damages incurred in shipping due to insufficient packaging to protect your guitar.
Packaging your Amplifier for Shipping
- Remove all personal belongings from your PRS amplifier. It’s recommended to include the cables and footswitch to ensure all components are fully operational.
- If you’d like to include a note for your PRS tech, place the note on top of the amplifier before sealing the package for shipping.
- Enclose your PRS in its original case, if applicable, inside a sturdy shipping box while leaving at least 2” on all sides and corners for padding or bubble wrap.
- Please be sure the reference number (RO#) given to you by PRS Customer Service on the outside of the shipping box.
